Child Safety Standards

Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

These standards apply to the VN Market Research mobile application for Android and iOS (published on Google Play by Vladimir Ninov), to the VN Market Research online panel at panel.vnmarketresearch.eu, and to this website. They set out our commitment against child sexual abuse and exploitation and explain how anyone can report a concern to us and what we do when we receive one.

Our commitment

VN Market Research has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children, in any of our services, at any time, by any person. This applies to our panel members, our clients, our partners and our own staff.

What we mean by CSAE

Child sexual abuse and exploitation includes, without limitation: creating, storing, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming a child for sexual exploitation; sextortion of a child; trafficking of a child for sex; sexualised depictions of minors; and any other content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. A child is any person under 18 years of age.

Who our services are for

VN Market Research is an online market research panel. Our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 14 years of age without the express consent of a parent or guardian, as described in our Privacy policy. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without such consent, we delete it.

Prohibited conduct

Any person using our app, our panel or our website must not:

  • upload, send, store, request or share CSAM or any sexualised content involving a minor;
  • use any of our services to contact, groom, solicit or exploit a child;
  • use survey responses, open-text fields, feedback forms or messages to distribute such content or to arrange such conduct;
  • misrepresent their age in order to gain access to our services.

Violation of these standards leads to immediate termination of the account and, where required, to a report to the competent authorities.

How to report a concern

If you become aware of CSAE or CSAM connected to any of our services, or you have a child safety concern of any kind, please report it to us:

  • In the app: open the Contact us screen in the VN Market Research app and send us a message describing your concern.
  • By e-mail: office@vnmarketresearch.eu with the subject "Child safety report".
  • By phone: +359 886 194 333.

Reports are handled confidentially. You do not need to be a panel member to report a concern.

What we do when we receive a report

  • We review every report promptly and treat child safety reports with the highest priority.
  • When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we remove it from our systems without delay and preserve the evidence needed for an investigation.
  • We suspend or permanently terminate the account of any person involved.
  • We report the material and the conduct to the competent law enforcement authorities, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement, with the courts and with Google Play or Apple when they notify us of potential CSAE connected to our app.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with the child protection and child safety laws that apply to us, including the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, applicable European Union law, and the relevant laws of the other countries in which our panels operate (Greece, North Macedonia and Albania). Where the law requires us to report CSAM or CSAE to a specific authority, we do so.

Child safety point of contact
