VN MARKET RESEARCH LTD offers online brokerage services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online brokerage services (OJ, L 186 / 57 of 11 July 2019). VN MARKET RESEARCH LTD offers the following services for business users:
– Preparation and writing of questionnaires;
– Programming of online surveys and online surveys;
– Data processing, analysis and provision;
– Consumer online panels in Bulgaria and Greece;
– Build and manage online panels.
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between VN Market Research LTD and any person (hereinafter referred to as Panelist) who uses the websites of VN Market Research and / or the Services provided through them. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the site. The use of https://panel.vnmarketresearch.eu/bg/ will be considered as an expression of agreement with the stated conditions. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions by the Panelists, they undertake not to create in any way and by any means a difficulty in using the Site.
The Provider may temporarily restrict or suspend access to the Site when it is necessary to perform prevention, update, troubleshooting, etc. similar. In all cases, if access to the Site is suspended within the meaning of the previous sentence for more than 24 hours, the Provider undertakes to indicate an approximate period for eliminating the problem on the Site when visiting it.
Only Panelists who have validly registered on the VN Market Research website may use the Services provided through it.
Registration on the Provider’s website is free. The Provider does not provide a direct link through the Site between business users and registered users (Panelists). The Provider also does not support funds for cash payments on the Site.
The collection, processing and use of personal data of Panelists through the Site is subject to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of Bulgaria and any other applicable legislation in this field. Use of this website and the services offered on it
The use of this website is made only in accordance with the terms of this contract, for personal use only. The communications that the Panelists receive meet the requirements of the Electronic Commerce Act, with a clear indication that they are commercial and which provide a way to unsubscribe from receiving them. In case such unsubscription follows from the registered users, the account of the respective Panelist is also suspended due to the lack of a method for notifying about his participation in a specific online panel.
Right to membership
Membership is granted to persons over 18 years old. If you do not meet the criteria, please do not use our services. VN Market Research may refuse its services to anyone at any time in its sole discretion.
Password
You can visit the page as a guest without using a user password. To use certain services on the site, such as participating in surveys, you must be a registered member of the VN Market Research Community. The personal information you provide when registering must be valid. In case of providing inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information to us or our representatives, partners or third parties about us, VN Market Research has the right to terminate your membership, deny you access to this page and take away your accumulated online points and / or prizes. To access the membership area, you must enter a password and a personal email address. You are responsible for: (1) keeping your password confidential and accepting full responsibility for the actions taken with your password; (2) do not share your password with other users; (3) in the event of unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. Only one person from the household can register in the online panel of VN Market Research, but other, unregistered members (mother, father, brother, sister, husband, wife, etc.) can also participate in the surveys. In these cases, VN Market Research will notify you in advance in order to obtain your and their consent, without the need for a new registration. VN Market Research reserves the right to use information such as email address, registration date and IP address to verify the authenticity of the registrations themselves. In the event that VN Market Research finds that it was incorrect to register or participate in our online surveys using more than one email address or misleading information that led to this, VN Market Research will be forced to remove these registrations from our system. .
The specified set of data for the Panelists during their registration is unique and it is not possible to register an account with a subsequent data for a subsequent attempt to register with the same data. Registered users have the opportunity to change their profile at any time, and the system will indicate in the presence of existing data in the system and will not allow them to be saved, given the requirements for uniqueness of the account specified in the previous sentence. The provider guarantees the possibility in case of forgotten data for access to the account by the user and the translator, to restore their access by using the emails specified by them during their registration.
The system of the Site shows an indication of whether the entered e-mail addresses are valid or not according to the established standards for their writing, and the Provider is not responsible if despite the correct spelling of e-mail addresses, the user or translator has specified emails that do not meet their wishes.
With these General Terms and Conditions, the Provider declares that it does not assume responsibility for the correctness of the data provided by registered users of the Site and does not perform subsequent verification of their accuracy. Panelists are obliged to provide up-to-date information about themselves when registering on the Site.

Improper use of the website
You are not permitted to use techniques to store and disseminate information from the panel page or to modify and manipulate survey responses, results, and rewards. Obstruction of the normal functioning of the website is illegal. The publication of threats, insults, and any illegal material is prohibited. The details of those who have published such materials will be made available to the authorities upon request. VN Market Research may disclose personal data if required by law, with the knowledge that this is necessary to:
(a) compliance with the law or implementation of the legal process of VN Market Research LTD or the Site;
(b) protection and preservation of the rights and property of VN Market Research LTD or the Site;
(c) actions in urgent circumstances in order to protect the personal safety and that of employees, representatives or users of the products and services of VN Market Research LTD, as well as members of society.
Change profile
We expect you to let us know if there is a change in your personal information: name, email address, and demographic information, as described here. Changes are made to your personal account after you log in to the membership area by entering your password and email address. VN Market Research Community, in turn, will update your database account. All letters you send to the VN Market Research Community containing any information, questions, comments, suggestions, etc. will be considered non-confidential and without high priority, unless otherwise stated.
The Provider states that it does not perform intermediate caching of information entered by registered users of the Site, and that it is not responsible for storing other people’s information, such as in the section for expressing opinions visible to other users, (if applicable) and does not provide links to foreign information (linking) on the Site. In addition, the Provider pays special attention to the fact that the Site does not provide an opportunity for exchange of information between business users and registered users.
The present General Terms and Conditions declare to the registered users that regardless of the circumstance of where the content of the information provided through the Site is located, in case of disputes the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.
The General Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the control powers of the Consumer Protection Commission and the Personal Data Protection Commission in the field of activity of the Provider.
In the event that any of the requirements specified in these General Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid, this does not lead to their invalidity.
These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 15.03.2022
